FLIPSIDE DANCE CLASSES FOR ADULTS

What is it?

This is a high-powered energetic dance fitness class with a difference. Specifically designed for adults, our classes will increase your heart rate and burn calories through high-energy dance and resistance training routines in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Classes will combine a mix of aerobics with Jazz, Latin and Street Dance whilst there is also a floor section in the middle, specifically intended to target the abs/bums/thighs.

Is it for me?

If you want to exercise without being bored, then this is the class for you. No dance experience is necessary, just a fun, friendly attitude and a smile will ensure you get the most from this class.

When is it?

Mondays  9.30 – 10.30am 

Mondays Stretch class 10.30-11.30am

How much does it cost?

Adult fees are payable per half term on request. Termly fees are £73 for the 1 hour class and £50 for the half hour stretch classes.

If you attend more than one of the adult class per week you will receive a 5% discount.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that you may wear when you go for a run or to the gym. We also recommend that dance shoes or soft pumps be worn for this class as you may find it hard to do some of the steps in trainers. Running shoes in particular are designed for the forward movement only and do not allow for foot to move sideways. If you would like further advice on this matter then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please also remember to bring a towel or mat with you for the floor section and lots of water to keep you hydrated.
